paladins can tank imo better than warriors... but they need good healers.. not only those who can push some buttons when tank lost some HP points... they have to heal them properly... palas need mana to hold aggro. without mana = no aggro ... so overhealing if tank is to good.
my pala tank has already tanked furor and anetheron on horde side... there is no big business... but healer have to be good
